Warm Walnut Wood
Crafted from walnut wood, this side table is stout and sturdy. The color is a warm, medium brown. Over the last century, a wonderful patina has formed giving the piece a depth and charm unequaled by more contemporary pieces.
Features of Antique End Table with Drawer
All four legs are delicately turned and fluted. The fluting is mirrored in the apron on all four sides. Also, a single drawer provides some storage. This drawer is disguised as the apron of the front of the table. It can be opened by grasping the bottom and gently pulling.
The has sustained some light marks over the years. Also, there are a few minor marks and indents here and there as you would expect from something of this age. These minor distressing marks lend character and charm to the antique end table with drawer. Finally, a very slight age separation has occurred in the top on the back right side.
Not only a great antique, this piece provides versatile function within the home. Some of the uses for it include between two chairs, off by itself in a foyer, or as a small desk. Your imagination is the limit for using this antique end table with drawer!
