This amazing piece is a two section antique liquor cabinet from England. It was crafted there sometime around the year 1960. From parties to just an evening drink, this bar will serve you and your family in style for many years to come!
The wood used is mahogany which has a stunning, wispy grain and medium brown color. Enhancing the wood is stunning antiqued brass hardware. Two keys are provided that work the upper and lower locks. Mahogany cross banding provides some interested around the doors and drawers. This unique feature combined with a gently bowed out front provide stunning elegance to this piece that is sure to attract attention.
Inside this antique liquor cabinet you will find an open and versatile interior. Inside the upper doors resides a removable wooden shelf. Meanwhile the lower section contains another removable wooden shelf. This lower section door is disguised as drawer fronts. Finally, between the sections is a wooden pull out slide for pouring drinks. The maker really created a unique piece here!
Antique Liquor Cabinet Condition
The cabinet remains in good condition today. Both keys work the locks easily. Small wear marks exist throughout the piece. The mahogany has light crazing on the door and drawer fronts. Also, there is minor fading to the finish. Also, the left side, where the top meets the bottom section, has some small, colored in chips. This antique liquor cabinet is a great piece for storage and serving of drinks and would make a great addition to any space!
