Made in England during the Edwardian Period (circa 1910), this gorgeous antique wardrobe provides storage for a variety of needs.
Featuring a mirrored door with rectangular panels, this mahogany wardrobe compliments any decor. Inside is a large open space topped with a brass hanging bar and hooks. A spring latch keeps the door closed when shut. Furthermore, lion head brass plate back handles adorn the drawer and door.
A dental molded cornice adds classic detail to the exterior, as do the shaped bracket feet.
Antique Wardrobe Condition
We are giving this piece a fair condition rating. A lock exists on the drawer, but no key remains. The mahogany wood is quite faded, perhaps having been in direct sunlight for some time. The mirror has sustained some minor spots. Also, the mahogany has sustained a number of small indents, wear marks, and minor finish wear. These are evident throughout the piece.
This antique wardrobe does break down for easier moving. The cornice and door come off. Also, the middle section comes off the base.
Whether you need a piece for clothes storage, linen storage, or just to hide some clutter this amazing antique wardrobe is a great fit for any home!
