Made with a unique shape and from a combination of oak and mahogany wood, this vintage hall table is sure to spruce up any space you put it in! Obviously made with a narrow depth to be used in a hall, it can also be used as a side table, on a stair landing, or anywhere else you need a narrow table.
The use of stunning oak and mahogany makes the top of this piece really pop! It has a warm color and interesting grain. Further adding interest to this piece is the bottom shelf, which is unusual for such a small piece but provides great utility. It not only provides another storage/display surface, but helps keep the legs sturdy. Two drawers provide some storage and a great place to hide away little clutter like erroneous remotes you never use. There are stunning little details too that really bring this vintage hall table together. Gently tapered legs are one. A mahogany cross band and ebony string inlay on the top is another. The pierced back brass pulls on the drawers are perfectly proportioned for this piece as well!
Vintage Hall Table Condition
This piece is in excellent condition. The drawers both slide in and out easily. There were constructed with dovetailed joints so you know they are well made. The legs are all sturdy and the table doesn’t wobble. The table was made in England around 1960 and exhibits virtually no wear. With its beautiful narrow size, two drawers, and stunning wood this vintage hall table would make a wonderful addition to your home furniture collection!
